Platypus street art

Back in 2017 I visited Melbourne and it is well known for its amazing street art decorating alleyways. The platypus skeleton artwork that was painted on the shop was at 1114 high st Armadale a suburb of Melbourne Victoria. The artworks were used in the Australian television show upper middle bogan and used to promote the character Kayne Wheeler in the show who was an artist, the artwork was titled SnorkelPuss.

The artist Mulga makes amazing street art and is very iconic and has featured in numerous locations around Australia. One of his wonderful murals decorates the walls in the Richmond Mall parents room in Richmond NSW Australia. The vibrant colours and adorable Australian animal characters are great for both kids and adults.

Another lovely street art collective is Blackbook ink they create custom murals for schools, businesses and the community. A wonderful mural by them featuring a platypus, koala, kangaroo and cockatoo is located in Sutherland just a short walk from the station.

Below is a video showing more footage of the platypus street art I filmed
