Terrific Tuggeranong
Nature Mural
Tuggeranong is a suburb located in Canberra Australian Capital Territory. It resides on the traditional lands of the Ngunnawal people. Located around Tuggeranong Lake is a platypus, yabby and purple swamp hen mural on the Icon Water pump station. The mural was painted by Canberra's Mural man Geoff Filmer aka Graffik Paint. You can view my other blog post on Tuggeranong platypus art here.

Final Thoughts
Tuggeranong is a lovely place to visit especially the lack area where native birds can be spotted. The murals around the lake are a highlight too.
Love that they included a yabby in their platy artwork :-)
ReplyDeleteThank you yes me too, reminded me of his artwork near another suburb in Canberra Griffith I saw back in 2021
